Ashley Greene sunbathes topless as she shoots scenes for new movie

Summer may be coming to an end but Ashley Greene ensured the temperature was scorching in New York on Monday as she filmed bikini scenes for her new movie.
The 26-year-old actress sizzled in a barely there yellow bikini while working on the Lorne Michaels produced Staten Island Summer at Great Kills swim club on Staten Island.
As if the two-piece didn’t show enough skin, Ashley at one stage looked in danger of flashing everyone after she removed her top.

The natural brunette was sporting long blonde hair for the film, which tells the story of two friends, Danny and Frank after they graduate high school.
With Danny heading for Harvard and Frank unsure about his future, the pair spend the summer working as lifeguards.

Ashley plays a member of the pool club they work at, whose father is a powerful and overprotective mobster.
And The Sopranos actor Vincent Pastore, who portrays Ashley’s dad, certainly looked like an overprotective father as they shot scenes by the pool.
Ashley alternated between lying and sitting on a sun lounger, not bad for a day of work.
It’s a busy year for Ashley who also has three other movies coming up.
In CBGB, the film about the iconic New York nightclub, she plays Lisa Kristal, the fiery daughter of owner Hilly Kristal, whose club heavily influenced the punk scene when it opened in 1973.
CBGB and Oliver Blackburn's collegiate thriller Random, in which she portrays a violent gang leader, are both in post-production,

The film began shooting in August and was primarily funded through the crowd-funding site Kickstarter.
Zach won acclaim for his 2004 directorial debut Garden State and raised $3.1 million before filming began on his new movie.
