The actress looked trim, tanned and terrific as she hit the beach in Maui, Hawaii on Saturday with new husband Tim Belusko as the pair enjoyed their romantic honeymoon.
The 32-year-old slipped into a tiny mismatched bikini, consisting of black halterneck top and blue and white striped bottoms with green waist accents as she frolicked in the surf and soaked up the rays.
Just days after tying the knot in a stunning ceremony in downtown Los Angeles on October 19, the petite brunette was faced with a barrage of abuse on her Twitter account from people calling her fat.
The cruel jibes rounded off an upsetting few days for the star, who also faced backlash over marrying a younger man.
But not one to just sit there and take the abuse, the feisty young lady fought back.
'I hope you'll look at your own miserable lives and learn to stop judging others on their weight and looks. Love and happiness wins again.'
Despite the hatred, she insisted she wasn't going to let the unkind words of complete strangers ruin her honeymoon.
She wrote: 'Side note, I plan on coming home from this honeymoon weighing 299 pounds. #love #goodfood #adultbeverages #allday.'
The new Mrs Belusko then proved she's strong in the face of adversity as she shed her inhibitions and her clothes to enjoy every aspect of her vacation.
Joined by her new husband for a swim, the pair then animatedly talked about their diving techniques as they stood in the shallows, laughing the day away.
Tim, 25, couldn't keep his hands off his new wife, as he enveloped her in a tight embrace and went in for a passionate kiss in the deep water, with little more than their heads visible to prying eyes.
Sadly, it will soon be back to reality for the couple, who will return to LA as filming begins in November on new series Girl Meets World, a spin-off of hit '90s show Boy Meets World in which Danielle will reprise her role of Topanga Matthews (neé Lawrence).
