Heidi Montag is back and making her presence known in a revealing way.
The reality star celebrated her 27th birthday by staging a sexy poolside photo session while wearing nothing but a skimpy two-piece bathing suit.
Heidi was every bit the pin-up as she struck a series of provocative poses while showing off her cosmetically-enhanced assets in a garish, gold-sequin bikini.

With her long platinum hair cascading over her shoulders, Heidi is seen in one picture with pink-petal flip flops and sunglasses while smiling with her hand on her hip.
Another photo shows the slender beauty lounging by the pool with her bare elbows bracing her up on the pavement and giving the photographer one of her sultry stares.
