Lady Gaga doesn't spare audience blushes as she strips off for costume change... before slurping beer on stage

She isn't exactly shy when it comes to showing off her body.
But Lady Gaga went one step further on Tuesday when she performed a costume change onstage in Milan, Italy, appearing nearly naked as she removed her bra and hot pants while swinging her microphone in the air.
Wearing a cap over her dark hair, she showed off her back tattoos while an assistant prepared a multicoloured wig and another dresser helped her into a pair of neon yellow panties.
